Bon Appetite~

The other day I was hungry for some tacos;
so, I whipped up some fried tacos de frijoles (bean tacos)
con lechuga (lettuce), queso cotija (its like parmesan cheese), and of course salsa verde ;)

    Yummy... I love Mexican food! To be honest, first time I tried it was here in the USA, years ago, since then it has became to my favorite food :)
